Exercise of Share Options and Total Voting Rights

IDS,a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits, announces that on 8 April 2011, 266,892 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were allotted to satisfy an exercise of options. Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM.

Following the allotment, and in accordance with FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its increased issued share capital comprises 28,236,915 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
