Issue of Share Options
Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc ("IDS" or "the Company"), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits for the clinical and research markets, announces that Ian Cookson, who will become Chief Executive Officer on 1 October 2010, has been awarded the following options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

The options were granted under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme. The exercise of options granted is subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions set by the Board.
