Director's Dealings
The Company announces that on 1 March 2010, Roger Duggan, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 500,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his wife, Mrs E.S. Duggan, and 100,000 Ordinary Shares to each of his two children at a price of 674.75 pence per share.
Following these transfers, Mr Duggan's interest in the share capital of the Company, including shares held by Mrs Duggan, comprises 2,276,187 Ordinary Shares representing 8.2 per cent of the issued share capital.
