iEnergizer Limited (AIM: IBPO.L), a leading international provider of third-party integrated business process solutions, announces that today, EICR (Cyprus) Limited has sold 18,440,966 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP3.40 per Ordinary Share through Arden Partners plc, NOMAD and Broker to the Company. The Ordinary Shares have been placed with a range of institutional shareholders with good demand in the market. Following the sale, the Company Chief Executive Officer as set out in the Company Admission Document dated 27 August 2010, through EICR (Cyprus) Limited, has a beneficial interest of 98,838,328 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 64.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
