Management Change
iEnergizer Limited (AIM: IBPO.L), the international and full service business process outsourcing business, announces that the Company and its CEO Mr Anand Nataraj have decided to end the employment contract, by mutual consent with effect from 31st December 2014, due to his pressing family commitments which require him to stay in Bangalore, India for a prolonged period.
Commenting, Mr Anand Nataraj stated:
"I will miss iEnergizer and the great team at the Company as I follow my heart. I wish the entire iEnergizer and APTARA team all the very best."
Commenting, Ms Sara Latham, Chairperson of the Company stated:
"The Company is sympathetic to Anand's personal situation. We would like to thank Anand for his contribution to the company in his role as CEO and we wish him well."
