Board changes
iEnergizer Limited (AIM: IBPO.L), a leading international provider of third-party integrated business process solutions, is pleased to announcethat Anand Nataraj will join the Company as Chief Executive with effect from 28 October 2014. Whilst this will be a non board position it is a very senior role within the Company.
Anand joins iEnergizer from Infosys where he was the Senior Vice President having spent 12 successful years in multiple leadership roles. He was formerly the head of sales for the Communication Service provider business unit. During his stint as sales head in this unit, the unit grew 10 times in a short span of five years and Infosys moved to occupy a leading position in the Communication Service provider space.
Within Infosys, Anand also served as head of North America Geo Cluster where he successfully launched leadership connect events and led Infosys' Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in North America.
Anand has been well-recognized within Infosys and has won Infosys Excellence Awards in the areas of Client Services, Customer Delight and Unit Management.
Also with effect from 28 October 2014, Anil Aggarwal, the current Chief Executive of the Company will move to a non-executive position. Anil has been Chief Executive of the Company since its incorporation and these board changes are seen as a natural progression for the Company.
