Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Hamilton, Bermuda - On 7 April 2012 awards previously made to the Executive Directors on 7 April 2009 over the 5p ordinary shares under the Company's Performance Share Plan (the 'Plan') vested. The Plan specifies certain performance criteria and, as a result, participants received 85 per cent of their original awards. Under the terms of the Plan the Executive Directors also received further nil cost awards over the 5p ordinary shares equivalent to the rolled up dividends between grant and vesting ('Rolled Up Dividends').
The Executive Directors received the following Rolled Up Dividends which are exercisable until 7 April 2019:
