Transaction in own shares

 

Hiscox Ltd ("Hiscox" or the "Company") announces that on 1 May 2024 it purchased for cancellation from Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") the following number of its ordinary shares of 6.5 pence each, pursuant to the authority granted by its shareholders as part of its share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 5 March 2024.

 

Ordinary shares

Date of purchase: 1 May 2024

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 23,045

Highest price paid per share: 1,227.0p

Lowest price paid per share: 1,219.0p

Volume weighted average price paid per share: 1,221.4p

 

Hiscox will cancel all the purchased shares.
