Hamilton, Bermuda - The Interim Dividend of 13.25c per share was paid on 11 September 2018 with a scrip alternative for which the reference price was £16.69 per share. The Company has been notified that the undernoted Directors, PDMRs and persons closely associated with them (PCAs), acquired the numbers of 6.5p ordinary shares stated below. The transactions were executed in GBP.
