Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 7 March 2022 Aki Hussain, PDMR, purchased 7,500 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company at a price of £7.85.
The Company further announces that Joanne Musselle, PDMR, purchased 18,860 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company at a price of £7.93.
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
