Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 1 June 2021, Benjamin Walter, PDMR, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 120,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each ("Shares"). On the same day, Mr Walter sold 63,303 Shares at a price of £7.7933 per Share to cover associated tax liabilities.
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
The notifications set out below are made in accordance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
