Hamilton, Bermuda - The interim dividend of 8p per share was paid on 16 September 2015 with a scrip alternative for which the reference price was 923.5p. The Company has been notified that the undernoted Directors and PDMRs, along with their connected persons, acquired the following 6.5p ordinary shares by electing for the scrip alternative:
