Hiscox Ltd (the 'Company') today held its 2011 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"). All resolutions put to the shareholders were passed on a show of hands. The proxy votes received from shareholders up to 48 hours prior to the meeting appointing the Chairman of the meeting on each resolution are outlined below.
