Holdings in the Company
The Company was today notified that on 30 June 2015 Strand Associates Limited (a company ultimately controlled by Lord Ashcroft KCMG PC) had acquired 2,400,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Strand Associates Limited now holds 16,871,739 Ordinary Shares, which represents 12.40% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
