Director's shareholding
The Board of HML (AIM: HMLH), the property management service group, was notified on 25 June 2010 that Robert Plumb, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 June 2010 at 12.7p per share.
Following this, Mr Plumb's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of HML is 1,769,067 ordinary shares, representing 5.62% of the Company's issued share capital.
