BDB Nominee is deemed to be acting in concert with Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx") and Harwood Capital Nominees Limited (together, the "Harwood Funds").
The existing beneficial interests of the Harwood Funds in the ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each in HML ("Ordinary Shares") are as follows:
