The Company announces that, as a result of the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities yesterday of 9,735,100 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Helical, the issued share capital of the Company as at today's date is 107,087,012 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
