Director/PDMR Shareholding
Helical plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 1p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility:
· Purchase of 34,825 shares by Gerald Kaye on 24 November 2016;
· Purchase of 34,825 shares by Tim Murphy on 24 November 2016;
· Purchase of 17,350 shares by a person closely associated with Matthew Bonning-Snook on 24 November 2016;
· Purchase of 9,051 shares by Duncan Walker on 24 November 2016; and
· Purchase of 5,000 shares by a person closely associated with Michael O'Donnell on 24 November 2016.
