Hargreaves Lansdown PLC announces that options were granted on 8 October 2010 to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") under its Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme, at an exercise price of 458.23 pence per share, over the following numbers of Ordinary Shares in the Company of 0.4p each:
