Hilton Food Group plc is pleased to announce the proposed appointment of Matt Osborne as Chief Financial Officer. Matt will assume this role following the Group's AGM on 24 May 2022, and will join the Group Board at the same time. He will replace Nigel Majewski, who has informed the Board of his intention to stand down from the Board and step back as CFO having served in the role for 15 years. Nigel will support Matt as he assumes the CFO position and will ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities. Nigel will remain with the business as Director of Investor Relations and Strategic Development.
Matt Osborne joined Hilton in 2018 as the Group's Financial Controller. Matt qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 having trained with Grant Thornton. He joined Greene King in 2007, reaching the position of Group Financial Controller before joining Hilton.
No further information is required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Nigel Majewski, outgoing CFO, commented:

Matt Osborne, incoming CFO, stated:
