Details, including nature of the rights concerned and relevant percentages: | Zakiono holds warrants granting the right to subscribe for a further 2,830,020 ordinary shares in Globalworth (the "Warrants"), representing approximately 1.28 per cent. of Globalworth's existing issued ordinary share capital.
The Warrants will vest and become exercisable when the market price of the Globalworth shares, on a weighted average basis over 60 consecutive days, exceeds €10.00 and €12.50 (respectively). The subscription for all Warrants (for all tranches) will be €5.00.
The Warrants will lapse in accordance with their terms upon the earlier of: (a) the tenth anniversary of Globalworth's shares being admitted to AIM (i.e. 24 July 2023), or (b) the Offer becoming unconditional in all respects. |

Aroundtown holds 48,629,464 shares (representing approximately 21.99 per cent. of Globalworth's existing issued ordinary share capital) through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Aroundtown Limited and Aroundtown Real Estate Limited.
