Rule 19.6(c) confirmation with respect to stated post-offer intentions for Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited

Zakiono Enterprises Limited ("Zakiono") announces that, further to the closure of its cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited ("Offer"), it has duly confirmed in writing to the Takeover Panel in accordance with the requirements of Rule 19.6(c) of the Code, compliance with the post-offer intention statements made pursuant to Rules 2.7(c) and 24.2 of the Code, as originally detailed in the Rule 2.7 announcement of 14 April 2021 and the offer document published on 12 May 2021.
