Partial Redemption of the Company's 6.25% Senior Notes due 2029

Globalworth announces that, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's 6.25% Senior Notes due 2029 (the "Notes"), the Company has today issued a notice to holders of the Notes, in accordance with the trust deed constituting the Notes, that it is redeeming at 102 per cent €125,000,000 of its €223,924,337 in principal amount outstanding (the "Redemption"). The Company expects the Redemption to complete on or about 5 February 2026.

The Company anticipates that the Redemption, which will be funded from existing liquidity resources, will have a positive impact on its overall financing costs.
