Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM:PDX), the developer and exploiter of the PDX® platform technology, was notified on 12 December 2008 by Andrew Quinn, a director of the Company, that he has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 57.5p per share. Mr Quinn now holds 160,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.26% of the issued ordinary share capital of Pursuit Dynamics PLC.
