Result of AGM
Gaming Realms plc announces that Resolutions 1 to 6 contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, dated 18 May 2020 and previously circulated to shareholders, were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today. Resolution 7 related to the disapplication of pre-emption rights and did not achieve the 75% majority required as a special resolution.
