Gaming Realms plc (the "Company"), announces that it was notified by Michael Buckley, Executive Chairman, that, on 12 February 2020, he purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8p each. Following this purchase, Michael Buckley has a beneficial interest in 27,250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 9.58% of the Company's issued share capital.
