Gaming Realms plc (the "Company"), announces that it was notified by Mark Blandford, Non-Executive Director, that, on 13 December 2019, he purchased 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8p each. Following this purchase, Mark Blandford has a beneficial interest in 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
