Director's Dealings
PDX (AIM: PDX), the developer and exploiter of the PDX platform technology, was notified on 2nd April 2012 by Richard Webster, CFO and a director of the Company, that he had purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 83.7p per Ordinary Share on 30th March 2012. Mr Webster now holds 15,625 Ordinary Shares in the Company, being approximately 0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of Pursuit Dynamics PLC.
