The Company advises that an application has been made for 146,252 to be admitted to the Main Market and the Official List. The application relates to the issue of shares in lieu of a discretionary bonus that was announced on 15 October 2012.
The application has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and the shares will be admitted on 16 October 2012.
