Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been advised that, on 6th March 2012, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of £1.245 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC. Their previous and current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
