APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Board of MJ Gleeson Group plc (GLE.L) is pleased to announce that, with effect from 1 July 2012, Jolyon Harrison, currently Managing Director of Gleeson Homes, has been appointed Chief Executive of MJ Gleeson Group.
Dermot Gleeson, Chairman, said: "Since joining the Group in 2009, Jolyon has transformed Gleeson Homes' prospects. His appointment as Chief Executive of the Group marks the beginning of a new and potentially very exciting era in the Company's long history."
