Gresham, the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time financial transaction control software to the global matching and reconciliation market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hamish Purdey as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.
Hamish holds 11,901 shares in the Company, and was a director of FFastfill plc from April 2009 until July 2013. There are no other matters required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rules 9.6.13 (1) to (6) inclusive.
Commenting on his appointment, Hamish Purdey, Non-Executive Director, said:
"I am very excited to be invited to join the board of Gresham as a Non-Executive Director at this point in the growth of the Company. The strength of the CTC platform is impressive and I look forward to contributing to its further development."
