Gresham Computing plc("Gresham" or the "Company")Directorate Change

Gresham, the leading software and services company that specialises in providing real-time financial transaction control software to the global matching and reconciliation market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hamish Purdey as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.

Hamish holds 11,901 shares in the Company, and was a director of FFastfill plc from April 2009 until July 2013. There are no other matters required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rules 9.6.13 (1) to (6) inclusive.

Commenting on his appointment, Hamish Purdey, Non-Executive Director, said:
