Galliford Try plc, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms that, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Ishbel Macpherson, non-executive director and chair of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Fidessa group plc with effect from 1 May 2017.
