Galliford Try plc
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
Galliford Try plc (the "Company") notifies that the following conditional awards over ordinary shares of 50 pence in the Company vested on 2 October 2017 to the persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") detailed below in respect of awards granted on 30 September 2014 under the Galliford Try plc 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan:
