CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND COMMITTEE CHANGE
As previously announced on 7 June 2017, Galliford Try, the housebuilding, regeneration and construction group, confirms that Jeremy Townsend formally joined the Board as a non-executive director on 1 September 2017. Jeremy also became a member of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees on the same date.
As previously announced, Peter Ventress, Chairman, assumed the chairmanship of the nomination committee on 1 September 2017. Terry Miller, Senior Independent Director, continues to be a member of the committee.
