Epistem (AIM: EHP) announces thatΒ 5,200Β new ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each (theΒ "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allottedΒ pursuant to the exercise of options under the Epistem Holdings Plc EMI Share Option Scheme.
Application has been madeΒ to the London Stock ExchangeΒ for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to be effective on 1st August, 2014 and, when issued, the New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
Following the admission to trading of theΒ New Ordinary Shares, Epistem will haveΒ 10,010,106Β ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each in issue.
