Frasers Group plc (the "Company") has today published a letter on the Company's website, containing important information concerning arrangements for the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 7 October 2020.
The letter can be found on the Company's website at, frasers.group/financials/2020-agm.
Shareholders, proxies and corporate representatives will no longer be able to attend the AGM in person. The Company is providing facilities for shareholders to attend and participate electronically in the Meeting.
