Franchise Brands (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand franchise business, has received the TR-1 shareholding notification set out below for RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited as trustee of Nigel Wray's family trust, as a result of a change in the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights. The total beneficial interest in the Company of Nigel Wray, Non-Executive Director of the Company, remains unchanged at 21,720,120 ordinary shares, which represents 23.83 per cent. of the current total voting rights in the Company. This interest includes the 14,026,380 ordinary shares set out in the form below which are held by Vidacos Nominees Limited, acting as nominee for RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited as trustee of Mr Wray's family trust.
As stated in the Company's announcement of 21 April 2020, Mr Wray's total beneficial interest in the Company is expected to increase on completion of the recent fundraising on 30 April 2020 to 22,275,676 ordinary shares, which will represent 23.39 per cent. of the then total voting rights in the Company.
