Directors' shareholdings
Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand franchise business, announces that with the issue of the scrip dividend shares yesterday, as per the announcement on 3 June 2020, the shareholdings of the Directors of the Company are now as follows:

All the Directors of the Group elected to take the scrip dividend. However, some of the underlying nominee custodians of their shareholdings were unable to accommodate this request. Therefore, the Directors have, in total, received 263,055 new ordinary shares, representing 79% of their elections for scrip dividend shares, and £68,525 as cash dividends.
