Flomerics Group PLC18 March 2008 Flomerics Group plc (the "Company")Additional Listing Application has been made to AIM for admission of 1,100,724 Ordinary Shares of1p each in the Company (the "Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passuin all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuantto the deferred consideration due to the vendors of Nika GmbH under the terms ofthe acquisition announced by the Company on 15 June 2006. In addition, application has been made to AIM for admission of a further 906Ordinary Shares (the "Further Shares"), which will rank pari passu in allrespects with the existing shares in issue. These Further Shares have beenallotted pursuant to the exercise of options. Admission of the Shares and the Further Shares is expected to become effectiveon 20th March 2008. Following the admission to trading of the Shares, the Company will have22,735,950 Shares in issue.
