Flomerics Group PLC05 July 2007 Flomerics Group PLC Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules, Flomerics Group PLC ("Flomerics") confirms that its issuedshare capital as at 5 July 2007 comprised 21,630,061 ordinary shares of 1p each. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights and none of the ordinaryshares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Flomerics asat 5 July 2007 is therefore 21,630,061.
