Flomerics Group PLC03 December 2007 Flomerics Group PLC - Directorate Change Flomerics Group PLC ("Flomerics" or "the Company"), the global supplier ofsimulation software to the engineering and electronics industries, is pleased toannounce the appointment of Keith Butcher as Group Finance Director and CompanySecretary with effect from 1 January 2008. He will succeed Chris Ogle who willbe leaving the Company on 31 December 2007. The Board is very grateful to Chrisfor the significant contributions that he has made to the Company's developmentover the last 8 years and wishes him the very best for the future. Keith, aged 44, joins from DataCash Group plc where he became Finance Directorin 2002. During his time with DataCash he has played an important role as partof the management team as the market capitalization has grown from £8million toover £250million. Although still a Director of DataCash Limited, a subsidiary ofDataCash Group PLC, Keith will have resigned from this position by the time hecommences his employment with Flomerics. Keith has considerable financial andIT consulting experience from KPMG, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Diagonal plc andfrom an established IT consultancy where he was also Finance Director.
