Application has been made to AIM for admission of 5,595 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.

Admission is expected to become effective on 16th May 2008
