Falkland Islands Holdings plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics announces that today John Foster, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at 325 pence per Share. This takes Mr Foster's shareholding in the Company to 25,000 Shares and represents 0.20% of the Company's 12,431,623 total voting rights.
On 7 December 2012, Mike Killingley, a director of the Company, acquired 2,646 Shares, 2,000 at 315 pence per Share and 646 at 313.81 pence per Share. Following the acquisition, Mr. Killingley holds 16,000 Shares representing 0.13% of the Company's 12,431,623 total voting rights.
