Frenkel Topping Group PLC19 July 2006 Frenkel Topping Group plc Issue of equity Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the offerto certain shareholders of Frenkel Topping Limited ("FTL") and Frenkel ToppingStructured Settlements Limited ("FTSSL") announced on 11 May 2006, the Companyhas issued and allotted 8,183,333 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital ofthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") to shareholders of FTL and FTSSL who haveaccepted the offer. Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 25 July2006. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with theOrdinary Shares currently in issue. Following the issue, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 53,782,947.
