Director/PDMR Shareholding
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Company") announces the following Director share purchases.
David Wilton, Frontier's Chairman and PDMR of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 483.6 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 January 2023. Following this transaction, David Wilton remains beneficially interested in a total of 12,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Jonny Watts, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR of the Company, purchased a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 496.3 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 January 2023. Following these transactions, Jonny Watts remains beneficially interested in a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Alex Bevis, Chief Financial Officer and PDMR of the Company, purchased a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 495.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 January 2023 and 23 January 2023. Following these transactions, Alex Bevis remains beneficially interested in a total of 27,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
