Leslie-Ann Reed, Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the Company, purchased 20,032 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 99.8 pence per Ordinary Share on 12 December 2023. Following this transaction, Leslie-Ann Reed is beneficially interested in a total of 20,032 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Jonny Watts, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR of the Company, purchased 18,984 Ordinary Shares at a price of 110.6 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 December 2023. Following this transaction, Jonny Watts is beneficially interested in a total of 48,984 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Alex Bevis, Chief Financial Officer and PDMR of the Company, purchased a total of 23,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 108.9 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 December 2023. Joy Hu, wife of James Mitchell, a Non?Executive Director and PDMR of the Company, purchased a total of 82,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 114.73 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 December 2023.
