Result of AGM
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier' or the 'Company'), a leading developer and publisher of videogames based in Cambridge, UK, held its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') on 1 November 2023, at which all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
Details of the resolutions passed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM, which was included within the Company's Annual Report and Accounts posted to shareholders.
