 Result of General Meeting

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Company' or the 'Group'), a leading developer and publisher of video games based in Cambridge, UK, held a general meeting on 27 June 2025, at which the ordinary resolution put to Independent Shareholders* was duly passed.

Details of the resolution passed at the general meeting are set out in the Approval of Waiver of Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers and Notice of General Meeting, which was communicated to shareholders on 11 June 2025.
